Everybody’s journey is so personal, how do you know your process will work for me?
You are right, everyone’s journey is completely personal. Each step in my program is a self-exploration meant to uncover YOUR personal values and beliefs so that you can set your personal boundaries and action steps. The experiences and values will be personal but the process for getting clear on your values and setting boundaries and aligned action around that is universal.
I am very busy and may not be able to commit to weekly learning. Can I still participate in the program?
Absolutely! The learning is self-paced and you have 9 months to do it. The program is designed to take about 6 months if you do one lesson per week (30 mins per week). Some people may prefer to go through the lessons faster, and sometimes life gets in the way. The lessons will be there for you whenever you are ready for them 😊
