Learn it - Try it - Hone it

This course is designed to give you short, bite-sized lessons that you can implement immediately. You can view the videos on your own time (10 -15 mins each), test out the techniques, then attend the group coaching calls to ask questions related to your unique situation. With two weeks between coaching calls, this gives you lots of space to practice then come to the virtual sessions ready to get your questions answered and challenges addressed.

This stretched out delivery aims to give you the space to test out the concepts and the support to feel confident using all the tools in your home or classroom.

In this course, you will learn how to:

In the group sessions, participants will have the opportunity to share successes, ask questions, and problem-solve together as we work to implement the NHA methods and build confidence to transform behaviour and relationships in the classroom and home.
